We sincerely appreciate the trust that you have placed in us for your physiotherapy care and we want to let you know that we are now able to provide rehab services for your beloved pets as well. Action Potential Rehabilitation is excited to announce the addition of canine rehabilitation services through “Action Pawtential Rehab”.
Our Animal Rehab Therapist is a Registered Physiotherapist who has taken the canine rehabilitation series of courses offered by the A
nimal Rehab Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Associa
tion and has obtained her Diploma in Canine Rehabilitation. This program is only open to qualified physiotherapists. She is trained to treat orthopedic injuries such as muscle strains, ligament tears, lameness/limping for various reasons, as well as neurological conditions, including Degenerative Disc Disease and Wobblers.
Physiotherapists trained in animal rehabilitation can provide a wealth of knowledge and skills to complement the services provided by veterinarians.
